Google Hates the site/blog that are getting traffic and earn money and mostly punish them so there is not a chance of getting Google Adsense Approval Letter for a blog/site that is getting paid traffic to earn money. You can Bring a lot of traffic from Search Engines or other way you want and you know but if you want to earn via Google Adsense in the right way and base in their policy , Having paid traffic is not a answer or solution.
